LicenseMaker is a private consultancy service that assists individuals and businesses in obtaining FSSAI food licenses and registrations. We are NOT affiliated with FSSAI or any government body. All applications are submitted through the official FSSAI portal (foscos.fssai.gov.in) on your behalf.

3. Service Fees

• Our service fees are separate from the government fees charged by FSSAI.
• Pricing is communicated upfront before any work begins.
• Government fees are subject to change as per FSSAI regulations.
• Service fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the FSSAI portal.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information and documents
• Ensure all submitted documents are genuine and valid
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner
• Pay the agreed service fees and applicable government fees
• Not hold us responsible for delays caused by FSSAI or government authorities

5. Processing Time

• Basic Registration: Typically 7-10 working days
• State License: Typically 15-30 working days
• Central License: Typically 30-60 working days

These are estimated timelines. Actual processing time depends on FSSAI authorities and completeness of documents. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

6. Refund Policy

• Before submission: Full refund of service fees (minus any work already completed)
• After submission: No refund, as the application has been filed with FSSAI
• Government fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to FSSAI

7. Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee approval of any FSSAI application. Approval is solely at the discretion of FSSAI authorities.
• We are not responsible for any rejection due to incorrect information or documents provided by the client.
• We do not issue licenses — FSSAI is the sole licensing authority.
• Any claims of "guaranteed approval" or "instant license" are not made by us.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of LicenseMaker and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
